Cofounder and Chief Wellness Officer
Patricia, affectionately known as “Patty the Punisher,” is a powerhouse of health and wellness expertise. Holding a B.S. in Sociology and an M.S. in Nutrition Sciences from UC Berkeley, Patricia is also a certified professional through ACSM and ISSA, and a distinguished Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES) and Post Rehab Specialist. Currently, she is pursuing board certification as a National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Health Coach, specializing in supporting individuals living with Sjögren’s, Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and other autoimmune and hormonal disorders.
Patricia’s lifelong dedication to fitness began in childhood, inspired by her father, a competitive bodybuilder and semi-pro baseball player. This early influence instilled in her a deep understanding of the transformative power of regular exercise and proper nutrition.
Patricia has consistently served as a motivator and mentor, inspiring those around her with her unwavering self-discipline, innovative training techniques, and infectious enthusiasm for life. She has become a particularly powerful advocate for individuals over 40, demonstrating that vibrant health and peak fitness are achievable at any age. Approaching 60 herself, Patricia is a testament to this truth. Having navigated her own life challenges, including injuries, illness, and motherhood, she has consistently pursued her goals with unwavering determination. Through disciplined nutrition, strategic supplementation, and a rigorous exercise program, she has achieved exceptional physical condition and continues to thrive-mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
Patricia’s achievements are truly remarkable. She is a record-holding powerlifter and an award-winning figure competitor, currently training to compete in Masters Physique in the coming year.
